Note Command

The !note command allows you to quickly add comments to a conversation.

Usage

In your chat conversation, type one of the following and hit return:

• !note [this is the title of a note] this is the body of a note
• !note this note does not have a title

About notes

• All notes are hidden from visitors. When you add a note it appears inline in the conversation in the agent chat console. When chatting with a visitor you will see your added notes. All past notes about that visitor under the Activity tab on the right hand side.
• Notes can be deleted while a conversation is still active by the agent who wrote them under the Activity tab.
• The text of all saved notes is searchable on the transcripts page.
• Notes are visible by all agents on the account.
• Notes do not currently send to integrations at this time.
