Emojis
Part of our goal at Olark is making business human. What better way to humanize your business than to show your customers how you're feeling? 🙂 Olark offers emoji support within the chat console (for agents) and chat widget (for visitors).
Using emoji in chat
To insert an emoji within a conversation, type the emoji code and surround it with colons. For example - :smile:
