Integrate Olark live chat with osCommerce, a free online shop program featuring order history, shopping carts, full search capability, product reviews, secure transactions and more.

  1. Log into your osCommerce Store Administration account
  2. From your Store Administration home screen, click on Tools in the left hand column

Step one

  1. Select File Manager from the drop down list

  2. Double Click on Includes in the File Manager Window

Step two

  1. Select by clicking on the php file which corresponds to the area of your Oscommerce store you would like your Olark Live Chat function to display. We’ve chosen footer.php:

Step three

  1. On the right side of your screen, click on Edit. The column-left.php code will open

Step four

  1. Log in and copy your Olark embed code. Paste it below all the other code and be sure to Save.

Step five

  1. Then click Online Catalog to check out Olark on your osCommerce Site.
