Olark Training

We know that it can be a bit overwhelming sometimes to learn new software, which is why we offer paid trainings for teams on our premium self-serve plans. Our expert Olarkers are here to help you become an Olark power user!

Training Topics

Olark premium trainings cover the following pieces of information.

  1. Navigating Olark from the agent, admin, and website visitor perspective.
  2. New agent training which includes a dashboard walkthrough, chat console features and commands, activity/report discussions, and transcripts.
  3. New admin training which includes understanding how to set up major features and account-level settings like adding groups, agents, and Automation Rules.
  4. Reporting breakdown including understanding what data and information is available and learning what each reporting piece means.

How Does It Work?

Olark paid training is a fixed rate of $250 per training session. Our expert Olarkers will connect with you or your team via Zoom video conference. We recommend downloading  Zoom before the video call. If you do not, you'll still be able to connect to the call, but you may be prompted to install the software as you're joining the training session.

In order to avoid delays and maximize your training session, please make sure to do the following before your training session.

  1. Check to see if your device's microphone and speakers are working prior to the training session.
  2. Log into your Olark account or have the ability to log in to your account as needed during the training.
  3. Your Olark chat widget is embedded and correctly installed on your website prior to the personalized training.

Schedule Your Training

  1. Visit our online calendar and select the time you'd like to meet for training. Please use your account's primary admin's information when scheduling your paid training.
  2. Once your training has been scheduled, we will immediately charge your Olark account $250. Please ensure your account's billing information is up-to-date before scheduling your session.

Note: We work hard to prepare for each training session to ensure you have the best experience possible. We're always happy to reschedule if necessary. If you need to reschedule or cancel your personalized training session, please give at least 24 hours notice via email at support@olark.com. Please put "Paid Training" in the subject field. We will work with you to reschedule or cancel the session as needed.
