Stage 1: Download TestFlight. It's free from Apple.
Search the Apple App Store for "Testflight" or click
this link
from your phone.
Download Testflight to your phone.
Stage 2: Open olark.com/app on your phone.
Click the Olark Mobile
BETA link once Testflight is installed.
Log in to Olark with your Olark username/email and password.
Enable Push Notifications—this is key!
Stage 3: Share feedback.
Send us email with your feedback to mobile@olark.com.

Register for BETA by entering your email address in our
download form.
Stage 2: Download the Olark App to your phone.
On your phone, open the email you receive from Google with the subject line: "Confirm your email to test Olark Mobile for Android."
Click on the "Get started" link in the email to accept the mobile BETA invitation.
Allow installations from unknown sources, so you can get the latest BETA:
Navigate to Setting > Security
Check the option “Unknown sources.“
Tap OK on the prompt message.
Select “Trust.“
Download Olark mobile from Firebase App Distribution.
Log in to Olark with your Olark username/email and password.
